Helen Murdock

Helen Murdock, has a background as a lecturer in further and higher education and has also been an Equity and Welfare lead for a National Governing Body. Currently Helen works as an independent consultant improving safeguarding in sport and in her role as a Associate for the NSPCC works as the Safeguarding Manager for the School Games Level 4 National Competition. This involves leading the implementation of safeguarding with the 12 national governing bodies of sport involved with the event. Helen is also a member of Sport Resolutions National Safeguarding Panel and is a trainer and lead tutor for Sports Coach UK.
 
Helen can offer a wider range of support for safeguarding including; writing and advising on the implementation of policies and procedures, event planning, case management and disciplinary processes and panels, all aspects of training and advising lead safeguarding officers.
 
Helen also has access to colleagues and associates that have experience in police, social care, teaching, safeguarding investigation and risk assessments of individuals.
