Leadership roles fulfilled with the National Ice Skating Association of GB, Saudi Arabian Swimming Association, Amateur Swimming Association and Coventry Sports Trust. Led transformation strategy for businesses, managing effective implementation of a multi-phase programmes from design and planning stages to delivery.

Recent contract areas of work include: Chair of Steering Group & Review of Swimming Programmes within a Local Authority. CIMSPA Chartered Member Assessor, Governance reviews for Charities, Development of Strategic Plans, Creation of a Participant Development Pathway Document and Mentoring Performance Sports Coaches.

A depth of experience in redeveloping structures into fit for purpose units that are innovative, contemporary, commercially self sustaining businesses. Utilising a range of delivery methods from being both initiated and delivered locally or part of a restructured national network.
